The service and these terms

Clean My Inbox is an independent project operated by Rishi at cleanmyinbox.space. By using the service, you agree to these terms. Use it only if you are an adult able to enter an agreement and are authorized to connect the Gmail account. Contact rishidv2005@gmail.com with questions.

Your permissions and preferences

Connecting Gmail grants the Google permissions shown during authorization. AI analysis requires your permission, and cleanup begins after you approve your preferences and start or enable the agent. Your saved preferences apply to eligible older and newer messages, subject to topic-specific age conditions and protections.

You authorize the agent to perform the selected read/archive actions and any daily routine you enable. You can change preferences or pause future scheduled runs. Logging out does not cancel a routine. Disconnection stops future access; an already submitted Gmail action or unsubscribe request may have completed before disconnection.

AI decisions and service limits

AI can misinterpret email or instructions. Review your settings, keep exceptions for important senders, and check activity. Clean My Inbox does not guarantee that every unwanted email will be identified or every important email will be recognized. You remain responsible for checking your mailbox for deadlines, account notices and other important information.

The current workflow handles up to 100 unread Primary messages per run and can leave messages unchanged when uncertain. Gmail quotas, inference availability, account authorization, and other technical limits can interrupt processing. A partial run can contain completed actions; check activity before retrying. Clean My Inbox is not a backup or an emergency, financial, medical, or legal service.

Read, archive, undo and unsubscribe

Clean My Inbox does not permanently delete email. Marking as read changes unread status; archiving removes a message from the inbox while retaining it in Gmail. Eligible recorded cleanup changes can normally be undone within 30 days. Undo depends on retained records and continued Gmail access, and does not guarantee restoration of unrelated changes you or another service made.

Unsubscribe is separate from read/archive cleanup. It requires a supported request and your permission. An accepted request does not guarantee delivery will stop immediately. Unsubscribing cannot be reversed through email undo; you may need to resubscribe with the sender. Disconnecting deletes the account's undo records, so restore anything you want to undo first.

Acceptable use and account security

Use only accounts you own or are authorized to manage. Do not use the service to access another person's email without permission, bypass safeguards or usage limits, interfere with the service, or break applicable law. Keep your Google account secure and report suspected unauthorized activity. We may restrict access to address abuse, security risks, or legal obligations.

Privacy and third-party services

The privacy policy describes Gmail access, AI processing by Nebius Token Factory, storage, service providers, and deletion. Google, Nebius, Neon and mailing-list providers operate independently and their availability and applicable terms can affect the service. Clean My Inbox is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google merely because it connects to Gmail.

Availability, pricing and changes

The current release does not collect payments. Access and usage allowances may change. Any future paid plan will show its price, billing, cancellation and applicable terms before you purchase; these terms do not authorize a charge. Features can change or become unavailable, and uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed.

We may update these terms with an updated effective date and appropriate notice of material changes. You may stop using the service and disconnect your account if you do not agree to updated terms.

Responsibility and your rights

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no promise is made that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer, privacy, or other rights that cannot legally be excluded. No mandatory arbitration agreement or specific choice of court is imposed by these terms.

Stopping use and contacting me

Pause a routine in Preferences, or use Disconnect Gmail in account settings to revoke access and request account-data removal. Revoking access in your Google Account stops authorization but does not by itself delete Clean My Inbox's stored records. For account help or a deletion request, email rishidv2005@gmail.com. Never send credentials.
